Naked Princess Campaign

Naked Princess bridal lingerie campaign shot by Steven Lam. We had a blast working on this fabulous campaign on location at an amazing california regency style home tucked in the Hollywood Hills. Picture Perfect Events 2012 Website Launch

We are so excited to help spread the word of Picture Perfect Events new website launch. Kelley Gin of PPE worked with her fabulous designer Tianyi Wang Goudey of Tiselle Letterpress + Design along with her team Christen and Jesse Cutrona. As a fan of graphic design, it was sheer joy to see the website's new design aesthetics laid out so gorgeously with so much attention to detail. Totally made our day! It felt like a scene from Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory (1971 original version of course) when we were all gently gliding down the chocolate stream inside the factory and feeling so much emotion, love, joy, and happiness... moments like this can be experienced by all of Kelley's event. And landing on PPE's new website design gave me that same experience, I was like a kid in a candy store. I couldn't wait to get to the next page and wanted to click on every button to see what's behind it. We love the gold hues with the elegant crisp line element complimenting the modern typeface while juxtaposed with the script lettering so delicately. The delicate and simplicity of the design approach is confident and humble echoing Kelley's less is more philosophy gracefully. All of the design and photo coexist harmoniously within it's content like a soft beautiful dance between two ballet dancers being in love. PPE's website never had to prove it's strength, but the presence of Kelley's exquisite design aesthetic is always present throughout the website. What makes this website amazing is the fact that Kelley has managed to help transform and evoke that same excitement that a guest would feel at any of her events, and she sure made it happen with a big wow factor. Congratulations Kelley and wishing you continued success. Your endless hours of attention put toward this website has finally came into fruition. We are so blessed and humble to be a part of your photography team.

Jessica + Jamie's Costa Rica Tropical Wedding

Spring has just arrived and we wanted to share Jessica + Jamie's gorgeous Costa Rica wedding with everyone. We had the pleasure of spending a week with everyone in the wonderful and remote surf-friendly town of Playa Grande. The weather was amazing! This place is absolutely magical and mother nature blessed this wedding with the most perfect weather and lighting allowing us to capture J+J's memorable moments. Pura Vida!

Leah + Gene's beautiful wedding was held at the Pasadena Museum of Contemporary Arts. The day was filled with beautiful light, love, laughter and endless smiles and happiness. Cabo Magical Wedding

This past weekend San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, a typically hot location got hotter than ever with Michelle and Richard's destination wedding. These two brought their New York chic aesthetic and sprinkled it all over Cabo starting with three stunning private modern villas as the main ingredient to their celebration. The pool side wedding ceremony was breath taking with the Pacific Ocean serving as the backdrop. At the reception, guests welcomed the newlyweds with sparklers as the couple took the dance floor for their first dance. The night ended on a high note with endless dancing under the stars. making this fabulous event memorable and magical.

Yeah, YWD Fall/Winter 2011 issue is finally hitting the news stand this month. We had a great time shooting this beautiful story for Your Wedding Day magazine back in June with creative director Cathryn Vanbreene and Stylist Krista Jon at Seven-Degrees in Laguna Beach. We want to share these stunning non-floral fresh idea bouquet designs with brides to be. This is an amazing collection of unique bouquets showcasing so many wonderful concepts from vintage items to feathers and gemstones to seashells. We also have added additional out take detail photos featuring each bouquet to show the intricacies of these labors of true love. There were too many great photographs and we wanted to share it all with you.
